Real Baddie Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return requests must be submitted via our Return Portal within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments (including shapewear, fajas, bras, and panties)

  • Swimwear and bodysuits

  • Beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products

  • Accessories (belts, jewelry, and headwear)

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items that are in stock. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
