Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended. Please allow additional time for order preparation and carrier transit.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs delays, and carrier service conditions.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may be charged by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Real Baddie is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information, or weather-related disruptions. If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at info@realbaddie.com and we’ll assist with a claim.
Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping information before checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
